General Property, one of the leaders on the Polish Facility Management market, has become the sole owner of TEXO Engineering through the acquisition of shares from the other shareholders in June this year. TEXO Engineering is a company specializing in the maintenance and construction of building cooling installations and systems, HVAC systems, as well as fire prevention & protection systems and weak-current installations.
TEXO has an extensive track record of implemented projects, including replacement of chillers in Warsaw’s Central Tower and EUROPLEX office buildings, as well as IKEA stores in Katowice, Janki and Poznań. As regards fire prevention & protection systems, the company’s track record includes construction of a ventilation and smoke extraction system for a burn chamber used as a training ground by the rescue services at the Firefighting Service School in Warsaw.
