At the end of the first quarter of 2023, the opening of a retail park in Łubna near Warsaw is planned. Carrefour (1,380 sqm), Sinsay (903 sqm), TEDi (805 sqm), KiK (656 sqm), Pepco (576 sqm) and Rossmann (501 sqm) will open their stores in the facility. The new retail park will provide the market with a total of approximately 10,000 sqm of rentable areas. In addition to the commercial function typical for parks, the investment area also includes a catering and relaxation zone. The new facility will provide customers with not only an excellent retail and service offer tailored to their needs, but also opportunities to spend free time, which will increase the attractiveness of the area for local residents. A car park for 340 cars is also being built next to the retail park.
“The retail park in Łubna is a very good example of a model investment, which is to provide local markets with a rich, diversified commercial, service and recreational offer. The project in Łubna will satisfy most of the daily needs of the local residents, and at the same time will provide additional functions in the form of food trucks and recreation zones. Next to the park, a playground for children and a beach volleyball court will be built. Everyone will find interesting ways to spend their free time in our facility: from the youngest to the oldest,” says Łukasz Komierowski, President of REDKOM Development, the developer of the project. “So our facility will not only provide modern commercial space and give you the opportunity to shop without commuting to Piaseczno or Wilanów, but it can also be an important meeting point for families and friends,” emphasizes Łukasz Komierowski.
“The park in Łubna near Warsaw is a high-quality retail space developed as part of an innovative project on the Polish market to introduce community spaces to the park areas, which are designed to integrate local communities. This formula works great in many regional markets. Therefore, we are convinced that it will also be an added value for the residents of Łubna and the surrounding area, especially since there are no high-quality, modern commercial and recreational spaces in the immediate vicinity that would guarantee not only successful shopping, but also attractive spending time with family or friends. The opening of the park will coincide with the beginning of the calendar Spring, which will encourage people to spend their free time outside the home even more,” sums up Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier, the company responsible for the commercialization of space in the Glinianka retail park.
The design of the Glinianka retail park was developed by the MODO Architektura studio.
