Good Point V fully commercialised

Real Management signed a lease agreement with Sales Service for a warehouse and office space in the last vacant hall of Good Point V warehouse and production park. Sales Service provides businesses with comprehensive assistance in the area of building visibility and activating brands at the point of sale. The tenant was handed about 5,000 sqm of the state-of-the-art space in mid-August. As a result, Good Point V is now fully leased.

The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex covering three buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm. Two of them, developed as part of the first stage of this investment project, have already been granted occupancy permits. At the end of July 2024, Dr Irena Eris S.A, one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, moved into hall 1, and in mid-August, the space in hall 4 was handed over to Sales Service.

The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. It will be in 2025 that OEX Fulfilio, a company specialising in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector, as well as in dealing with loyalty programmes and POS materials, will move into Good Point V.

The Good Point V complex was designed with the ESG principles in mind and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. is also preparing a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings to complement the ESG strategy. The development will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.
