Green Corner A joins CPI Property Group’s portfolio – EuropaProperty

CPI Property Group, one of the leading real estate companies in Central and Eastern Europe and Berlin, continues its expansion into the Warsaw market and acquires the Green Corner A office building from DWS.

Green Corner A is a modern, energy-efficient, seven-storey A+ class office building with a total lease area of 14,860 sqm. It is located at the junction of Chłodna and Wronia Streets, in the proximity of Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station. Green Corner A was completed in 2012. The building has been designed and is managed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. It has achieved Leed Platinum certification and is almost fully leased.

Green Corner is the fourth acquisition of CPI Property Group after the announcement of a new investment strategy in October 2019, which assumes the company’s strong involvement in the Warsaw office market. So far, CPIPG has acquired over 170,000 sqm of modern office space in strategic locations in Warsaw.
