Greenberg Traurig advises on the sale of office center in Szczecin

Greenberg Traurig advised Blackstone on selling the Piastów Office Center in Szczecin to the joint venture established by BUD Holdings and Investika Real Estate Fund. The Piastów Office Center complex comprises three office buildings with a total area of 21,000 sqm (GLA) and is attractively located close to the centre of Szczecin.

The Greenberg Traurig transactional team was led by Counsel Filip Janeczko, who Associate Justyna Kozik supported.
