Greenberg Traurig represents EQT Exeter in the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio

Greenberg Traurig advised EQT Exeter’s affiliate, the real estate division of EQT Group AB, on the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of selected 5 class-A warehouse projects with the leasable area (GLA) of approx. 161,000 sqm. The portfolio and the projects are located in the vicinity of Poland’s key regional cities.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Local Partner Karol Brzoskowski and Senior Associate Filip Janeczko.

The transaction was supervised strategically by Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński.
