Haffnera Residence in Sopot has reached the shell-and-core stage. Structural works and the installation of window and door joinery have now been completed, and the project is entering its final phase of construction. The two buildings, comprising 133 units, are scheduled for completion by the end of the third quarter of 2026. The development belongs to the premium real estate segment, which, according to research, remains resilient to market fluctuations and is often chosen in resort locations as a “second home.”
Haffnera Residence consists of two intimate, four-storey mixed-use residential and office buildings located on the second line from the shoreline, just 500 metres from the beach and in proximity to the North Park. The project fits perfectly into the spa-like character of this part of the city, combining elegant architecture with mature greenery. Cordia has extensive experience in delivering premium developments in carefully selected seaside locations. The international company is also developing projects in southern Spain, including Jade Tower and 360 by Cordia. In the Tri-City area, this is the developer’s third project and the second in Sopot.
According to research on the luxury real estate segment, premium developments in attractive locations continue to enjoy stable demand. In this segment, resilience refers to the ability of properties to maintain their value even in changing market conditions. Such investments are typically chosen by cash buyers and long-term investors seeking capital protection, portfolio diversification, and safe assets with lasting value. It is also worth noting that Sopot continues to attract visitors to the Polish coast throughout the year, making it an appealing destination in all seasons.
“Haffnera Residence fits perfectly into this trend. Its proximity to the sea, intimate setting, and access to full recreational and urban infrastructure make the development attractive both to investors and to those seeking a high-end apartment for their own use,” says Tomasz Łapiński, Managing Director of Residential Investments at Cordia Polska.
