Greenberg Traurig represents Wood & Company on logistics JV with 7R

Greenberg Traurig represented WOOD & Company in the signing of joint venture agreements with the logistics developer 7R about a logistics project in Tczew. As part of the transaction, WOOD & Company has acquired the majority of shares in the project company implementing the project.

The transaction was subject to regulatory approvals.
