GVA Polska is celebrating its first year of operations on the Polish market. Within last year, the GVA investment team concluded transactions of total volume of over €350 million, including disposal of Spektrum Tower in Warsaw for €101 million, portfolio disposal of three shopping centres under the name “Bainbridge Portfolio” for the value over €100 million, portfolio disposal of five HopStop retail parks and others.
Technical supervision was delivered for hotel properties of 1,146 rooms in total, located in Polish major cities, e.g. Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre, Hampton by Hilton in Warsaw, Sheraton Grand in Krakow, Radisson Blu in Krakow and Wroclaw.
Technical advisory team provided also project monitoring and project management (including fit-outs and refurbishments) services for office, retail and industrial properties, located in various locations across Poland, of total area around 193,000 sqm.
