Skanska Property Poland has signed four contracts for the lease of space in its Malta House office building close to completion in Poznan. New tenants, who will move into the building overlooking the Malta Lake following the summer holiday, include Franklin Templeton Investments, Ciber information technology company, and Skanska SA. A canteen will also open at the ground floor of the building.
Malta House offers a total of 14,700 sqm of office space. Apart from the space leased by Ciber and Franklin Templeton Poland, 2500 sqm will be occupied by the Poznan branches of Skanska. Negotiations are underway for the remaining space.
Malta House is the first building in Poznan meeting stringent sustainability requirements – it is already LEED-precertified with the highest, Platinum rating.
