Centrum Serenada is set to welcome a new tenant. HalfPrice, part of the CCC Group, has signed a lease agreement for a space exceeding 2,000 sqm. The new store is scheduled to open in the second half of 2025.
HalfPrice is one of the fastest-growing retail chains in Poland, offering a wide selection of globally recognized brands across fashion, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, and home decor—all at attractive prices. The new store at Centrum Serenada will provide residents of Kraków and the surrounding areas with an even greater selection of well-known brands in the off-price model.

The new HalfPrice store will be one of the largest in southern Poland, providing customers with a spacious and comfortable shopping environment, a wide selection of branded products, and an assortment tailored to meet shopper expectations.
