New tenants are joining the vibrant community of the Equilibrium 2 building, marking a significant step in diversifying the Equilibrium complex, a modern business hub located in the Barbu Văcărescu-Floreasca area. The transaction was facilitated by iO Partners, an experienced real estate partner, and the new tenants are expected to complete their relocation by the third quarter of 2025.
