The Imagine office complex has been recognized with the global WiredScore certification, awarded to the world’s best-in-class technologically advanced buildings in terms of digital connectivity, quality of telecommunications solutions as well as contingency planning. The Łódź-based office building, which was developed and is managed by Avestus Real Estate, has been awarded this prestigious certificate at the Gold level.
WiredScore certification is awarded by an international organization of the same name; the organization defines and certifies the quality of digital connectivity and smart technologies in office and residential buildings. WiredScore was founded in 2013 with an endorsement from New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to improve the city’s broadband infrastructure. Since its inception, over 75 million sqm of commercial and residential space has committed to WiredScore certification, impacting 8 million people all over the globe.

The Imagine complex, located at the intersection of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza Avenues in Łódź, was delivered in 2019. Imagine is a state-of-the-art class A office building consisting of three facilities. Two of them are six-storey buildings and offer a total of 17,200 sqm of commercial space, 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail and service space. In the third, an overground garage was built, offering 356 parking spaces, 49 double bicycle racks and an electric vehicle charging station. Among the tenants of the complex are EY, a global leader in audit services, and Asseco Poland, the largest supplier of modern IT solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. What is more, such companies as Bluerank, WWT (World Wide Technology), Well Fitness, Philips, GE or LUX MED have decided to lease space at Imagine. The tenant roster includes Kids&Co., a bilingual kindergarten and nursery, and retail space tenants, that is Vorwerk, a Żabka store and the Z Pieca Rodem premises. Moreover, Imagine features a state-of-the-art conference and coworking centre, managed by Avestus Real Estate.
