AvaFin, a fast-growing provider of modern financial services, is relocating its headquarters to Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT). ITRA Polska advised the company throughout the office selection process and lease negotiations.
AvaFin will occupy the entire 24th floor of the building, comprising more than 1,200 sqm of modern office space. The company has chosen one of the most recognisable landmarks on the Warsaw skyline. The new office is designed not only to reflect AvaFin’s continued growth but also to provide employees with a first-class working environment complemented by inspiring panoramic views of the city.
“Supporting AvaFin in its move to the 24th floor of Warsaw Trade Tower has been a particularly rewarding project for us, as it perfectly reflects our client’s ambitions in architectural terms. This ‘step into the clouds’ is far more than a change of address – it is a strategic choice where the prestige of an iconic skyscraper meets an ecosystem that fosters innovation. We would like to thank AvaFin for placing its trust in ITRA Polska throughout this important process. We are proud to have played a role in the beginning of this new chapter and wish the company every success as it continues to expand its business horizons from the 24th floor,” said Martyna Balcer, Head of Office Department and Board Member at ITRA Polska.
Part of the Globalworth portfolio, Warsaw Trade Tower has long been recognised as one of Warsaw’s most iconic business addresses. The lease agreement with AvaFin further demonstrates that well-established office buildings offering high-quality property management and modern workplace solutions continue to be the preferred choice for leading companies across a wide range of industries.
AvaFin’s new headquarters reflects the company’s dynamic growth and its long-term commitment to the Polish market. The relocation to the 24th floor of Warsaw Trade Tower represents not only a change of location but also an investment in a workplace environment designed to support collaboration, creativity and operational efficiency.
“Choosing Warsaw Trade Tower as our new headquarters is a natural milestone in AvaFin’s development. We were looking for an office that would not only keep pace with our rapid growth but, more importantly, provide an environment that supports creativity and the wellbeing of our team,” said Jerzy Kachnowicz, CEO of AvaFin Poland.
