JAS-FBG S.A. grows at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków – EuropaProperty

JAS-FBG SA, a Polish company with 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, has leased additional 2,600 sqm at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków. At present the company occupies over 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space within the complex.

“Our company offers full range of logistics services and constantly gains new clients. Taking this aspect into account, we decided to enlarge the space leased at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków, which is conveniently located taking into account the Warsaw agglomeration,” explained the decision to expand the leased space Daniel Chodukiewicz, JAS-FBG S.A. Logistics Director.

“SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków is one of SEGRO’s investments purchased in 2014. The Warsaw agglomeration has been a key logistics location in Poland for many years. An advantage of the region, in addition to the geographic location, is well developed road infrastructure, which provides our clients with effective transport possibilities. Therefore we decided to acquire another warehouse in Warsaw, being our fourth investment in the region,” commented Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO Business Unit Director Central Europe.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków is a modern logistics complex comprising over 66,000 sqm of space. The park is advantageously located in the vicinity of the A2 motorway junction and next to the national road no. 2. Another advantage is close proximity to Okęcie airport and the city centre.
