Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk will be built in Będzieszyn, located 15 kilometres south of Gdańsk, on the S6 national route. Two warehouse buildings with a total area of 65,820 sqm (49,170 sqm and 16,650 sqm) will be built on an area of 15.2 hectares.
Jan Kos, Director of Real Estate Acquisition at Jet Investment, commented on the transaction: “The transaction near Gdańsk, in an irreplaceable area in the logistics chain of Central and Eastern Europe, is our seventh strategic investment in Poland. We are convinced of the sustainable, high-growth fundamentals of the industrial real estate sector in the country and are therefore committed to providing state-of-the-art logistics facilities at an institutional level. We are striving to obtain the highest possible BREEAM certification for the facility, and we are aligning its long-term operational efficiency and ESG compliance with the rigorous requirements of our capital market partners”.
The Tri-City is one of the most important regional logistics markets in Poland. Gdańsk, a coastal metropolis which, together with Sopot, Gdynia, and neighbouring towns, forms an agglomeration, offers favourable conditions for the development of business on European markets.
According to Jet Investment, the facility will offer excellent logistics capabilities, benefiting from a strategic location that provides direct access to key transport corridors and significantly enhances the efficient movement and distribution of goods. The site forms part of a vital European logistics hub, supported by its proximity to the Port of Gdańsk – the leading container port in the Baltic Sea, which also outperforms major European ports such as Amsterdam, Marseille, and Barcelona. The port is undergoing dynamic development, with its deep-water Baltic Hub standing out as the dominant container terminal in the region. The ongoing expansion of Terminal T3 will further reinforce Gdańsk’s position as a key gateway and a proven alternative to North Sea ports, increasing total transhipment capacity by 3 million TEU to approximately 4.5 million TEU per year. As the only Baltic port offering direct transoceanic connections with Asia, including China, the Port of Gdańsk serves regular trade routes to Europe, Asia, and Central and South America, positioning it as a critical maritime gateway to the fast-growing markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
The project obtained a building permit. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The investment will create modern Class A warehouse space that meets the highest standards and market needs.
Sharow Asset Management has been appointed as the project’s leasing consultant.
