JLL named “SEE Investment Agency of the Year” for the third consecutive year – EuropaProperty

JLL has been recently named “Investment Agency of the Year 2014” by EuropaProperty at the 10th SEE Real Estate Awards ceremony in Bucharest. The distinction has now been awarded to JLL for 3 years in a row (2012-2014), in recognition to the Capital Markets team’s dominance across SEE. The event brought together top investors, developers and market professionals in the real estate industry.

In Romania, JLL has been the exclusive sale advisor on every major transaction where an advisor has been appointed since 2006, namely the sale of America House, S Park, CBC Timisoara, The Lakeview, and recently the sale of Promenada Mall shopping centre and Europolis Parks industrial portfolio, as buy-side advisor.
