JLL Turkey team will grow 33 percent in one year – EuropaProperty

JLL Turkey has announced its ambitious plans to increase its number to 400 people – a 33 percent growth – over the next year, to support its growing project portfolio in the region.

JLL Turkey is looking to strengthen its leadership team and develop junior talent across all asset classes as the company embraces its ambitious growth plans for the future.

As a leading financial and professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate services and investment management, JLL has broadened its activities in Turkey rapidly since 2007 to a team of 300 people today.

Volkan Müller, JLL Turkey’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, commented: “The global know-how and the proven success of JLL attracts the attention of investors from all over the world. We have experienced great success in Turkey with landmark projects such as the Zorlu Centre, Vadİstanbul, Rönesans Tower and Emaar Square demonstrating the attractiveness of Turkish real estate assets to national and international investors. As our portfolio continues to grow, we foresee the JLL Turkey team increasing to over 400 people in the forthcoming year to meet the demand.
