Knight Frank will continue to manage Lubicz Office Centre in Krakow for the new landlord. In April this year, the complex, consisting of two A-Class office buildings with a total area of almost 21,000 sqm, was acquired by a fund, which is managed by the Griffin Group.
Knight Frank has managed Lubicz Office Centre I (15,000 sqm of leasable area) since July 2006 and Lubicz Office Centre II (5,800 sqm) since October 2009; from the moment the building received its operating permit.
In April this year, BREEAM In-Use with a “Very Good” rating in terms of “Asset” and “Building Management” certified the two office buildings. The Knight Frank team carried out the process of building certification.
