LC Corp Group has chosen Knight Frank to be the property manager of Retro Office House in Wrocław. Completed at the end of March, the office building offers a leasable area of 20,700 sqm and has already been rented out almost in its entirety.
“We are pleased that our experience in real estate management has been recognised by LC Corp Group, which for the first time has decided to entrust the management of its object to an external company. Our priorities for the first stage of the office building management include providing support to the investor in terms of verification and approval of the as-built documentation, coordination of tenants moving into the building, developing all the necessary procedures and regulations, and supervision of the respective trainings for building maintenance companies,” said Monika Dębska-Pastakia, Chairman and Partner at Knight Frank.
“We wanted to cooperate with an experienced partner who has already won trust and credibility of its clients. Hiring an external company that specialises in real estate management guarantees successful collaboration, which will prove beneficial also for our tenants. Retro Office House is a prestigious office building intended for the headquarters of Polish and international companies. It is therefore important that the building is managed by professionals who will ensure the tenants’ comfort, both upon arrival and during its later use. Retro Office House was nearly entirely leased out before its opening, which proves that the investment was very much welcomed by the market”, said Krzysztof Gronczewski, General Technical Operations Director at LC Corp SA.
Retro Office House is a prestigious office building located in the immediate vicinity of the very centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Piłsudskiego and Komandorska Streets.
