L’Oreal Poland with Prologis again – EuropaProperty

Prologis has signed a renewed lease agreement with L’Oreal Poland for 19,500 sqm of distribution space at Prologis Park Błonie II near Warsaw. Colliers International acted as the transaction broker.

Prologis Park Błonie II currently consists of three distribution facilities totalling 112,000 sqm with the potential for an additional 121,000 sqm of development. The park is located within the Industrial Zone Błonie-Pass, three kilometres west of Błonie town centre, 0.5 kilometres from the E30 route (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw-Biała Podlaska) and 10 kilometres from Tłuste Junction.
