Linklaters advises CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition of the Jantar Shopping Centre in Słupsk – EuropaProperty

Linklaters advised CBRE Global Investors in connection with the acquisition of the Jantar shopping centre in Słupsk – the facility of 44,400 sqm of sales area. Transaction value was €92 million. The seller was Dormeo Investments, a company owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Mayland Real Estate.

Linklaters was involved in and advised on all aspects of the transaction, starting from the legal due diligence, through tax advice, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, until its signing and closing. The team of lawyers was led by Janusz Dzianachowski, managing associate in Linklaters real estate practice. He was supported by Zuzanna Lipska, associate in the real estate practice, Mikołaj Bieniasz, of counsel, head of the tax practice, and Krzysztof Górny, senior associate in the corporate practice.

The acquisition of the Jantar Shopping Centre is another CBRE Global Investors’ transaction carried out in cooperation with Linklaters. In the past three years, Linklaters advised CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition of Galeria Sfera in Bielsko-Biala, Galeria Mazovia in Płock and the Warsaw logistic parks: Ideal Idea, Manhattan Business & Distribution Centre and Warsaw Distribution Centre.
