Linklaters advises Echo Investment on the acquisition of investment properties from Tesco

Linklaters has advised Echo Investment, a Polish leading developer focused on residential, office and retail investments, on the closing of the acquisition of investment properties developed with “Tesco” first-generation shopping centres in Poznań, Łódź and Kraków, for the purposes of developing residential, office, commercial and service facilities. The acquisition was valued at approximately €42 million.

The properties acquired by Echo Investment are located in Poznań at Opieńskiego Street, in Łódź at Widzewska Street and in Kraków at Kapelanka Street.

The transaction was executed by Jędrzej Pałka, senior associate in the Warsaw Real Estate practice, supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (junior associate). The overall transaction was supervised by Weronika Guerquin, counsel in the Warsaw Real Estate practice.
