Colliers International has taken over the management of the Łódź 1 office building belonging to Prime Holdings Group.
Łódź 1 is a four-storey office building with 6,500 sq m GLA and 130 parking spaces. It is located in the very centre of the city at 22 Piłsudskiego Avenue, thanks to which tenants have at their disposal extensive urban infrastructure: tram and bus stops, Galeria Łódzka shopping centre, the promenade on Piotrkowska Street and numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
“Over the past few years Łódź has grown into one of the most dynamically developing regional office market, making it an attractive place to invest for developers and funds. Our company sees this potential, so I am happy to inform you that our portfolio of facilities has expanded by another attractive building from this city: Łódź 1,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Director, Real Estate Management Services, Colliers International.
The owner of the Łódź 1 office building is Prime Holdings Group, a private, owner-operated real estate platform with a special focus on the Central and Eastern European region (CEE), actively originating, structuring, financing and managing Private Equity real estate investments. The Group has a diverse portfolio of lucrative real estate assets, which includes centrally located operating office, retail and residential buildings, as well as development or redevelopment projects in the office and residential segment.
