Logicor, an owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed a strategic logistics site in Niepołomice for Royal Canin, a recognized leader in pet health nutrition. This new development will support the growth of Royal Canin across Europe and Japan. Logistics services in the new warehouse are performed by FM Logistic, a global logistics provider.
The new Class-A property is adjacent to its Polish production facility which serves 24 markets and is located 22 km east of the Kraków city centre, with direct access to the east-west A4 motorway linking southern Poland with Germany.

For our customers we provide here in-house logistics services handling the factory warehouse of finished products and distribution to the Polish, Czech and Slovak markets, as well as value-added services such as co-packing and sampling. All while maintaining the customer’s very strict quality requirements.”
The newly completed development includes 25,900 sqm of the flexible warehouse area, 380 sqm of high-class offices and 460 sqm of archiving space connected with a direct road to the Royal Canin factory in Niepołomice. The architect responsible for the project was Kwadrat, and project management was handled by Logicor and Arcadis. The general contractor was Atlas Ward Polska.
