Atrium European Real Estate, investor for the Atrium Felicity shopping centre in Lublin, has signed an agreement with a representative of large format consumer electronics store chain – Media Saturn Holding Polska. The regional Atrium Felicity centre – one of the largest retail facilities in eastern Poland, is already 90 percent leased, its tenants including Auchan, Leroy Merlin, H&M, Zara, C&A, Reserved, Smyk Megastore and Empik. The centre is to open in early 2014.
Atrium Felicity is the only shopping centre in Lublin with a complete offer of the strongest fashion brands: H&M, the Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti), C&A, or all brands in the PPP Group (Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Home&You). The health and beauty sector will be represented by Sephora, Douglas, Rossmann, Super-Pharm and Ziaja. The centre will also be home to tenants from the EM&F Group: Empik or Smyk in the Megastore format. Atrium Felicity will house the region’s first Auchan hypermarket and Leroy Merlin DIY store. The investor has now signed an agreement with Saturn consumer electronics store.
Saturn will occupy 3,400 sqm of space in Atrium Felicity. It will be the brand’s first store in the region and, after Media Markt, the second outlet of Media Saturn in the city.
