Magdalena Sadal heads the Retail Research & Advisory team of Cresa Poland – EuropaProperty

The Research & Advisory Department of the Polish office of global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa adds retail to its service platform. Magdalena Sadal, an expert with more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, has joined Cresa Poland as Head of Retail Research & Advisory.

We offer market expertise, many years’ experience in identifying location potential and our in-house tools to help our clients achieve greater operational efficiency across our country,” said Magdalena Sadal, Head of Retail Research & Advisory at Cresa Poland.

Magdalena Sadal is a specialist in comprehensive market analyses, sales forecasting, assessment of investment site development potential and preparation of spatial analyses for retail sector operators. She gained professional experience in commercial real estate serving for three years as a Senior Consultant in the Consulting & Research Department of advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, for 12 years she had worked at the Property Office at Tesco Poland, where she was involved in the expansion of Tesco’s chain, being responsible for preparing development strategies, location analyses and sales forecasts. She was named seven times Tesco’s Forecaster of the Year in CEE for the most accurate sales forecasts for newly-opened stores.

Throughout her professional career, Magdalena Sadal has prepared expert opinions for developers and owners of shopping centres, retail parks, retailers and investors, including Castorama, IKEA Centres, Immofinanz, Jeronimo Martins, Leroy Merlin and Warsaw City Office. She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in marketing analyses of the Warsaw School of Economics.
