Marynarska Business Park with a new operator of a restaurant premise. Nutri Mind Group will open its’ first in Warsaw restaurant under the Meet & Eat brand. New tenant will occupy nearly 770 sqm of retail space on the ground floor of the building B and over 160 sqm of warehouse space. The opening of the new restaurant is planned for the beginning of May. The signing of the lease agreement was mediated by the international consulting company JLL, which represented the owner of the building – Heitman company, whereas tenants were advised by Colliers International.
“In the process of choosing new restaurant operator, we were primarily focused on the quality of food. We want to provide our tenants with the access to a variety of healthy and tasty meals that are in line with the latest gastronomic trends. The experience of the chosen restaurateur was also an important factor for us. Nutri Mind Group currently manages twenty premises in the major Polish cities. These are both casual dining canteens serving big groups of guests, as well as 4* hotel restaurants. We hope that the new concept will meet the needs of people working in Marynarska Business Park,” says Izabela Kapil, Vice President Portfolio Management – Europe at Heitman.
A new concept of a restaurant premise. Nutri Mind Group will introduce many novelties to Marynarska Business Park. The most important of them will be the breakfast offer, which until now was missing in the complex. In addition, the restaurant space will be divided into zones corresponding with their purpose. At the buffet table, customers will be able to compose their own meals based on previously prepared suggestions. The lunch menu will be changed daily, and the offer will include both meat dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan meals. In the so-called live cooking section there will be available, among others, Italian and Asian cuisines. A zone with a seasonal menu à la carte, ideal for more formal business meetings, will also be separated. The variety of choices will be reflected in the finishing of the dining space. There will be large tables that can accommodate groups of colleagues, smaller ones for 2 to 4 people, and high tops for those who do not want to spend a lot of time for a meal.
“The dishes in our restaurants are prepared with local products, using spices and without chemical additives. It is important for us that the meals are not only visually attractive and tasty, but above all properly balanced. Through diversity of dishes and cuisines, we try to take our guests on a culinary journey, and we are adjusting the directions we choose according to their tastes,” says Renata Waśniewska, Managing Director at the Nutri Mind Group.
The new restaurant is not the only solution that has a positive impact on the health and comfort of Marynarska Business Park employees. An example is the access to such service premises as the LUX MED Group medical facility, Inmedio press point, infrastructure prepared for cyclists, and the undoubted advantage of the location in Służewiec Przemysłowy – direct access to SKM train station. In addition, the complex is ecologically friendly – it has a BREEAM In-Use International certificate with a very good grade in the “Asset” category.
