Forest Park Outlet, the first Western-designed outlet center in Poland, incorporated with our village designed concept tied in with the landscape, is planned in Łomna, near Warsaw.
Good news for lovers of the world’s most popular brands at reasonable prices! Master Management Group is planning the first European outlet center with a village-design concept in Poland. This type of scheme is a destination in itself for customers and tourists who often come out on day trips to shop for bargains and spend time away from the bustle of the city. The first phase of the project located in Łomna near Warsaw, close to the Warsaw-Gdańsk highway and Modlin Airport, will have an area of almost 19,000 sqm. The second phase will deliver a further 30,000 sqm. There will be approximately 1,000 parking spaces for cars and room for up to 20 coaches.

This type of scheme is totally unprecedented in the Polish market, hence we are constantly fielding enquiries about the project. The Polish market has been evolving steadily and major world players are very interested in Poland. This is evidenced by the number of conversations we have with tenants from this market segment concerning the new project,” said Paul Kusmierz, President of Master Management Group.
Forest Park Outlet in Łomna is surrounded by residential areas in the Kampinos Forest district and located only a half hour drive from the center of Warsaw and Modlin Airport. The location is an important element of the concept. Designer outlet centers attract affluent customers not only from the immediate area, but also from the region, the whole country, and often from abroad. The project has been developed in response to the needs of customers who until now have done their premium shopping abroad. As a unique concept to the Polish market, it will also attract visitors from all over Poland, as well as other countries. Forest Park Outlet is not only an outlet village, but is also a pleasant, leafy, suburban area that promotes relaxation and rest, it will be an attractive meeting place.
