Matexi Polska Successfully Issues PLN 105 Million in Bonds

Matexi Polska has completed its first-ever corporate bond issuance, raising PLN 105 million through a four-year Series D bond issue. The unsecured bonds carry an interest rate of WIBOR 6M + 4 percentage points, with interest paid semi-annually.

The strong investor demand reflects confidence in the company’s financial position and growth prospects in Poland’s residential market. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and support further business development, including new housing projects across key markets in Poland.

The issuance forms part of a broader bond programme established with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski, acting as arranger and issuing agent, which allows Matexi Polska to raise PLN 300 million by June 2028.

“This successful issuance confirms investor confidence in our strategy, business stability and long-term growth plans. It also marks an important milestone as our first bond issue intended for listing on the Catalyst market,” said Zofia Szymońska.

The planned Catalyst listing will enhance the company’s transparency, broaden access to capital and support long-term relationships with institutional and retail investors.
