The “Meating Point” self-service restaurant chain which has already taken by storm the hearts of office employees in Cracow and Gdańsk now decides to open up its first facility in Warsaw at T-Mobile Office Park located at Marynarska 12 street. Knight Frank is the sole agent of the tenant.
Meating Point, which targets flagship office buildings located in the largest cities in Poland, is a concept which combines modern interior with a healthy, international cuisine. A dietitian-approved seasonal menu is intended for hardworking employees who can choose from the breakfast and lunch offers. The restaurant website is updated every day, as are thematic weeks which adds variety to the Meating Point cuisine. The advantage of this concept is self-service and the possibility of choosing meals according to user’s own preferences.
“We’re glad that there are more and more building owners and managers who decide to diversify the commercial and service offer in their facilities. Employee needs become a priority among tenants which take into consideration the appeal of the office building and its surrounding. The Meating Point concept, which is an unconventional solution, is a natural fit for the tenants and employees of modern office buildings,” says Kinga Zabłocka, Senior Leasing Manager, Retail Agency at Knight Frank.
There are 4 Meating Point restaurants currently operating in Poland: 3 in Cracow and 1 in Gdańsk. The first establishment in Warsaw, which will be located at T-Mobile Office Park at Marynarska 12 street in the Mokotów District, will open its doors at the beginning of January 2019. Further expansion is planned, with new restaurants being opened in Łódź and Wrocław.
With more than 40,000 sqm of office and retail space, T-Mobile Office Park (Marynarska 12) is one of the flagship office building complexes located in Mokotów, one of the districts of the capital city. The idea behind the complex was to create the best possible working conditions for people using the offices. It stands out from other Warsaw office buildings for its perfect access to means of public transport, above-average cycling infrastructure, an extensive green patio, and a number of convenient solutions and service points which are available both on site and in the nearest neighbourhood.
T-Mobile Office Park was the first building in Poland to have been awarded BREEAM certification at Excellent.
The owner of the building is an affiliate of a global investment firm represented in Poland by Syrena Real Estate.
