Media Expert acquires Norauto

TERG S.A., the owner of MEDIA EXPERT electronics retail chain, acquired a company from NORAUTO group, the owner of car parts shops and vehicle service stations chain. The transaction included 21 properties across the country that will operate as stores under the MEDIA EXPERT brand.

The deal was initiated by INWI – a company specializing in real estate transactions. The negotiations were conducted with the participation of the law firms – DZP (Domański Zakrzewski Palinka) on the Buyer’s part and Baker McKenzie on the Seller’s part.
