The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) will host its 41st annual European Conference in Milan, Italy from 18-19 April 2016.
The conference, expected to attract over 700 senior industry professionals from across the globe, will focus on the theme Authenticity: Differentiating Retail. This year the annual event will be held in association with the CNCC (Italian Council of Shopping Centers).
The ICSC European Conference keynote speaker will be Simon Property Group Chairman of the Board and CEO David Simon who will discuss how the company has remained one of the top shopping centre brands in the world.
The two-day programme will explore how stakeholders can differentiate themselves from the rising competition and build authentic, one-of-a-kind brands. There will be a translation service for Italian delegates. The event’s co-chairs are Luca Cappucciti, head of global business development at Design International, and Dr. Corrado Vismara, managing director at Larry Smith S.r.l.

The 40th European Shopping Centre Awards will honour the most outstanding new, refurbished and established shopping centres. Also of note, ICSC’s increasingly popular fast-format NEXT GEN LIVE! event will be live-streamed to ICSC members.
