MLP Group has officially inaugurated the construction of a new warehouse facility for Sarantis Polska, as part of the expansion of the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The symbolic groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, the tenant, and the general contractor — BREMER. The project will deliver over 24,000 sqm of modern built-to-suit (BTS) space. The facility is scheduled for full handover to the tenant next year.
Approximately 22,700 sqm will be dedicated to warehouse space, including around 5,200 sqm for a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) zone – an area featuring extremely narrow working aisles designed for high throughput and optimal space efficiency. A further 2,000 sqm will be allocated for packaging operations, while the modern office area will cover 1,400 sqm. The warehouse will offer a clear internal height of 12 meters. In line with MLP Group’s standards, the new building will undergo BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.
“The consistently high demand for modern warehouse space, combined with the dynamic growth of the e-commerce and logistics sectors, drives our intensive investment activity. We are pleased that long-term partners like Sarantis Polska continue to expand their presence within our parks and place their trust in us time and again. This is the best validation of the high quality of our projects and the expertise of our team. MLP Group remains committed to its growth strategy, focusing on innovative, sustainable, and flexible solutions that support the long-term goals of our clients,” said Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group S.A.
„Breaking ground on the new warehouse is a significant milestone in the ongoing expansion of our operations in Poland. Our long-term collaboration with MLP Group gives us complete confidence in the quality of the development and its ability to meet our logistics and production requirements. The new facility will provide greater operational efficiency, flexibility, and a comfortable working environment for our team. We especially appreciate the advanced technological and environmentally friendly solutions, which align perfectly with our sustainability objectives,” said Giannis Bouras, CEO of Sarantis Group.
„We are proud to be part of this ambitious project. Our goal is to deliver a facility that meets the highest standards of quality and sustainable construction. With BREMER’s extensive experience in delivering BTS (Build-to-Suit) projects and our close collaboration with both the investor and the tenant, we are confident that the development will proceed smoothly and will be precisely tailored to the needs of its future users. We can already confirm that the facility will stand out not only for its functionality, but also for its energy efficiency and compliance with BREEAM certification requirements,” added Bartosz Bartosik, Proxy and Head of the Project Delivery Department, BREMER.
