Modesta Real Estate mediates entire floor in Ares Tower

Modesta Real Estate successfully supported Eppendorf Austria GmbH, a globally operating life science company, in its search for a new Austrian headquarters. With the support of Modesta Real Estate, Eppendorf Austria GmbH will move into an area of 1,400 sqm in the Ares Tower in 2021.

By occupying an entire floor area, Eppendorf Austria GmbH has doubled the size of its previous Austrian headquarters. The office space will be completely remodelled for the company according to the latest standards and adapted to the needs and wishes of the tenant. In the course of this expansion, among other things, a state-of-the-art laboratory area will be integrated into space.

for Eppendorf in Vienna’s Ares Tower,” says Mathias Wenisch, Managing Director of Eppendorf Austria GmbH about the cooperation.
