UBM, a development company, chose Knight Frank as property manager of the Pegaz office complex in Wroclaw. Together with the newly added property, Knight Frank manages nine buildings in Wroclaw with a total area of some 165,000 sqm.
“We are happy that UBM, with whom we already work together in Krakow, has once again entrusted us with managing their property in Wroclaw. Together with the Pegaz complex, Knight Frank now manages nine properties on the Wroclaw market. We hope that the negotiations, which are currently held, will lead to a further expansion of the portfolio in the coming months,” said Magdalena Oksańska, Head of Property Management at Knight Frank.
Knight Frank currently manages two buildings owned by UBM, after it was appointed property manager of the Alma Tower in Krakow, with a total area of 19,500 sqm.
Pegaz are two 5-storey buildings in the very centre of Wroclaw. Their total area amounts to 18,500 sqm. Pegaz combines modern architecture with the city’s rich history. The buildings have 360 parking spaces available to tenants. The central location provides access to a wide range of public amenities and services.
