More lease renewals at New City – EuropaProperty

Hines has renewed lease agreements for office space at New City in Warsaw Mokotow with Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A and Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A.

Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A is the oldest investment company in Poland. The company provides its clients with state-of-the-art financial products and the ability to invest in the largest global capital markets. Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A is one of the largest Polish companies specialised in asset management.

“We appreciate high quality of the office space at New City and numerous facilities to ensure comfort for our employees.
