The company Apsys Polska has appointed Agnieszka Tomczak-Tuzińska to the newly established position of the Marketing Director, responsible for marketing and public relations activities of the company and the shopping centres under its management.
In May, Apsys Polska introduced some changes in its structure and separated a new marketing department which has been headed by Agnieszka Tomczak-Tuzińska. The new department has combined: corporate marketing, operational marketing of the shopping centres managed by Apsys, public relations, employer branding and CRS activities which have been so far dispersed in the company’s structure.
“The change in the structure of Apsys Polska’s marketing department reflects changes introduced in the whole organization, which — following the commercial success of Posnania — seeks new challenges and adjusts its activities to the new realities of operation in the increasingly competitive market,” said Agnieszka Tomczak-Tuzińska, Marketing Director in Apsys Polska. “Managing the marketing department of the leader in the shopping centre industry is both a challenge and huge responsibility. I am pleased that the Management Board of Apsys Polska has entrusted me with this task.”
Agnieszka Tomczak-Tuzińska has longstanding experience in the development and execution of marketing strategies and business development in the shopping centre industry. She has worked, among others, for Atrium, Caleum Development, CREAM. She graduated from the Management and Marketing Faculty at the Gdańsk University of Technology and specialized in finance at the leading business school in France: École Supériere de Commerce de Rouen.
