At the end of September a new premium Student Depot dormitory opened in Warsaw. The new development, for nearly 500 people, was built in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The places in the apartments were sold in August. It is the fifth student dormitory, created in the first and the largest network of private dormitories in Poland.
The construction and finishing works were efficiently completed thanks to the effectiveness and experience of the companies involved in the project, i.e. Erbud, which was the main contractor of the investment, and Echo Investment S.A., which was responsible for supervising the implementation process.
“We are glad that our fifth student dormitory was built in Warsaw, where nearly 235,000 students study. Comfortable accommodation is an important factor of satisfaction during the studies and the proximity of other students from the same university facilitates preparation for exams or joint implementation of projects. Most people who lived in dormitories recall this period with great sentiment, as a special one in their lives. We are planning to open new facilities in the capital and other academic cities in the coming years,” said Jolanta Bubel, CEO of Student Depot.
The modern facility was built in accordance with the latest quality and equipment standards. Rooms in the dormitory are single, independent, comfortable apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. A unique advantage of Student Depot dormitories, unattainable in rented flats, is the common space to spend time together.
In the student dormitory there is a co-working zone for quiet study and a co-living zone equipped with multimedia equipment. On the outdoor patio you can spend time together during sunny days. Students can use several common self-service laundries and bicycle racks in the building.
Student Depot dormitories are very popular, attracting international and local Polish students. Many tenants come here because of the recommendation from their friends. High percentages of them are foreign students who are looking for comfort and security, as well as integration opportunities.
