Zabawa restaurant and music club with European slow food cuisine and Freya Bistro – a restaurant offering vegan and vegetarian dining options. These new gastronomic concepts will enhance the diverse culinary offerings of Centrum Praskie Koneser, the largest revitalized mixed-use investment in Warsaw, starting in 2024.
Centrum Praskie Koneser, managed by the Liebrecht & wooD group, signed two new lease agreements in the fourth quarter of 2023 for spaces dedicated to gastronomy. According to the first of them, Zabawa, a restaurant and music club, will be opened in an area of more than 245 sqm, which will combine music, food and drinks. A variety of music formats – live music and DJ performances – will blend entertainment with European cuisine in the style of slow and comfortable food. Local and seasonal ingredients will be the hallmark of the venue, and its atmosphere will encourage integration and fun.
Moreover, a 149-square-meter space will be transformed into Freya Bistro. This restaurant will specialize in vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The concept will be organized by the brand Freya, already operating within Centrum Praskie Koneser. This new restaurant will be an expansion of the Freya Cafe & Deli concept, offering a unique experience with premium plant-based and meat-free products.

Zabawa and Freya Bistro, which will appear in Centrum Praskie Koneser, will complement the complex’s offerings and strengthen its position as the key restaurant hub on the right bank of the Vistula in Warsaw. These dining spots are appreciated by the most prestigious culinary guides, the residents of the capital, who visit Koneser, and the local community, including the employees of offices located within Koneser.
Centrum Praskie Koneser started its operations in 2018. The investment was realized and belongs to BBI Development and Liebrecht & wooD. The property is managed by WeCARE, a company from the Liebrecht & wooD group.
