NSS has signed a leasing agreement with Ideal Idea Formad concerning 4,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at Ideal Idea Park IV (logistic park located at Okęcie in Warsaw). Nearly 2,900 sqm is planned to be used as warehouse and service space, the rest will be dedicated for offices. The tenant will occupy two out of three floors in the office building and the whole warehouse space available.
“The transaction was not easy, mainly because of high requirements concerning space adaptation and a high office-to-warehouse space ratio, but due to the developer’s flexibility the tenant will take over the building at expected standard,” commented Robert Kowalkowski, Associate at BSC Real Estate Advisors, who was advising the tenant.
“The case of NSS shows that Ideal Idea is able to meet tenants’ high demands and standards. Our concept of urban distribution centres, or so-called Small Business Units, allows for high flexibility and adaptation of even such complicated office and warehouse space in a short time-frame. Attractive location in regard to central Warsaw and high standard of our offices are our priorities. They gain recognition from our tenants who expect the highest quality of their offices and warehouses,” added Jędrek Dużyński, board member of Ideal Idea.
