Centrum Praskie Koneser can once again boast consecutive growth in key indicators. The number of visitors to the commercial and service part of the investment increased by 6,5 percent year-over-year, and tenant turnover increased by 11,1 percent.
“The excellent results achieved by Centrum Praskie Koneser are a reason for satisfaction and motivation for further dedicated work for us. Especially considering that the first years of the complex’s operation coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crisis. The high level of key operational indicators, on the one hand, proves the effectiveness of marketing and placemaking activities, such as Koneser’s Summer or Koneser’s Ice Rink, and on the other hand confirms that modern, multifunctional facilities are much more resilient to market challenges compared to single-function projects,” says Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba, CEO of Liebrecht & wooD in Poland, the company that owns Centrum Praskie Koneser in its portfolio.
