New tenants at MDC2 Park Kraków South

MDC2, a developer of sustainable warehouse space operating in the Polish market, together with investor Generali Real Estate, has finalised two leases in the second building of MDC2 Park Kraków South for a total area of more than 8,200 sqm. Cyprys and Chefs Culinar have leased both warehouse and office space.

The lease transaction with Cyprys was handled by commercial real estate agency Axi Immo Group, while the lease transaction with Chefs Culinar was handled by commercial real estate agency Newmark.

Located in Skawina, 13 kilometres from the centre of Krakow, the warehouse park consists of three buildings with a total area of 82,200 sqm. One of the buildings, with 36,200 sqm, has already been fully leased to Stryker, a global medical technology company. Another building will house the logistics services leader, InPost.
