New tenants in CA Immo’s Warsaw portfolio

Three buildings belonging to the Warsaw portfolio of CA Immo will welcome an impressive number of five new tenants this year. BOKI Group, Polskie Centrum Naprawy Pojazdów and Rail Cargo Group will join the growing community at the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center while G.L. Pharma will be another tenant at Sienna Center. Also noteworthy is the lease of over 1,500 sqm of space in CA Immo’s Warsaw Spire C by The Shire. All buildings have BREEAM green certification. CA Immo was represented by JLL Poland agents in these transactions.
