Jysk (1,300 sqm) and Piekarnia Cukiernia Grzybki (170 sqm) are the latest tenants to sign up for Glinianka retail park. The park is being built in the town of Łubna near Warsaw. It will provide the Mazovian market with retail and service space developed as part of an innovative project, combining commercial and recreational spaces that are conducive to the integration of local communities. The Glinianka retail park will provide the market with 10,000 sqm of rentable areas. The facility will be commissioned at the end of March this year. Scallier is responsible for renting the space, and REDKOM Development is the developer of the facility.
The new tenants will join the group of companies that have already leased space in the facility, including Carrefour, Sinsay, TEDi, KiK, Pepco and Rossmann. “The park in Łubna will serve all residents of the surrounding towns: from the youngest to the oldest – the park’s offer is to meet the daily needs of each age group. As part of the investment, the developer has planned recreational space in the form of sports fields and a mini park located on the side of the water reservoir, from which the facility takes its name. It will certainly be a distinctive point on the local map, which will not only provide a convenient place to shop or spend time but will also affect the attractiveness of the surrounding areas. The inhabitants of Łubna and the surrounding area will be able to do the most necessary shopping at home, and will not have to use facilities located at a greater distance from their places of residence,” emphasized Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier.
As part of the investment, a parking lot for over 300 cars is created, and the extensive communication infrastructure allows easy access to the new facility.
“In addition to shops, the retail park will offer a gastronomic offer, including a well-known confectionery and cafe Grzybki, as well as food trucks. A green zone is also being created, which, in addition to sports activities – volleyball courts and trampolines for children – will also enable the organization of local events. We are opening the facility at the end of March, so it will be a very good time to do spring shopping, as well as spend time with family or friends in the spring air,” commented Łukasz Komierowski, President of REDKOM Development.
The design of the Glinianka retail park was developed by the MODO Architektura studio.
