New Work Continues Expansion in Warsaw

Independent flex office provider New Work continues its growth in Warsaw by expanding into an additional floor at Metron, Al. Niepodległości 69. At the beginning of the new year, New Work has taken over the 9th floor of the building, following the successful commercialisation of the 8th floor, which reached 100 percent occupancy by the end of 2025.

New Work launched its operations at Metron in July 2025, opening the 8th floor in cooperation with the building’s owners, Alides and AYA Properties Fund, under a management agreement. Within just a few months of operation, the space achieved a high level of occupancy, confirming strong demand for flexible, fully serviced office solutions in this location and prompting the decision to expand further within the building.
