NNZ’s new headquarters for Poland in Tulipan Park Gliwice – EuropaProperty

SEGRO, a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial properties has entered into cooperation with NNZ – an international high quality packing network. The new warehouse space at Tulipan Park Gliwice will serve as the company headquarters in Poland  and a distribution centre for business clients in Poland.

NNZ specialises in delivering high quality packing solutions. Since establishing the company presence in Poland 10 years ago, the company has been increasing sales results and its market share. Due to the company’s constant development, NNZ moved its headquarters from Prudnik to Gliwice, where it leased nearly 2,500 sqm of warehouse and modern office space.

“The new location will serve as NNZ’s distribution centre with high-class IT and logistics solutions, enabling the company to complete orders within less than 24 hours within the country. Fruit & Vegetables are fast moving consumer goods, thus in order to preserve high quality, the products need to be packed in a top quality, suitable packing and delivered as quickly as possible. We will supply all our customers who deliver their products to the largest retailers in Poland from Gliwice. The location of Tulipan Park Gliwice was a key factor influencing our choice of a new headquarters in Poland. The time needed for the distribution of goods is crucial for the companies operating in FMCG sector, which is why we want to take full advantage of SEGRO’s facility advantageous location, enabling us to reach the largest cities in the country. The proximity of airports within the region was also of a great importance to us, as we act internationally, doing business with partners around the world,”  commented Marcin Śpiewok, CEO of NNZ.

One of the main advantages of Tulipan Park Gliwice is its strategic locations in Upper Silesia, in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway connecting Kraków and Wrocław and Poland’s western border and in close proximity to the junction of the A1 and A4. Tulipan Park Gliwice will eventually provide 200,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space.
