Cushman & Wakefield has been contracted to prepare tender documentation for land acquisition and obtaining a permit to operate in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC, Trzebownisko Subzone, for Northern Aerospace Sp. z o.o., which will produce aircraft components and create at least 55 new jobs. The client intends to invest more than PLN 43 million and complete its project by Q3 2021.
Northern Aerospace Sp. z o.o., part of multinational Northern Aerospace Ltd., is a supplier of precision machined parts to the aerospace industry with manufacturing facilities in Nowa Dęba and Świlcza. It supplies landing gear and wing components and subassemblies to aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing and Gulfstream.
Cushman & Wakefield guided Northern Aerospace Sp. z o.o. through all the processes required to purchase land, roll out its project and begin operations at the Podkarpacki Science and Technology Park AEROPOLIS, in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC, Trzebownisko Subzone. The project will consist in construction of a manufacturing and warehouse facility comprising office and welfare space, a research laboratory and all the required infrastructure on a nearly three-hectare site.
