The Park Warsaw, a modern office complex, has signed up a new tenant. Novo Nordisk, a leading Danish healthcare company, will occupy a 1,830 sqm office. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant on the choice of the new location.
The Park Warsaw is a complex of 10 class A office buildings with a total lease area of 110,000 sqm. It boasts a high standard and a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. It is located close to Warsaw airport and major communication arteries: Hynka/Łopuszańska streets and Krakowska Avenue.
“The Park Warsaw is one of the most modern office projects in Warsaw. The campus offers on-site amenities including a canteen, a retail store and an ATM, which will soon be complemented by a fitness club and a kindergarten. It is an excellent example of a project which – in addition to incorporating green features and the latest trends in office design – ensures user comfort. I am confident that both Novo Nordisk and other tenants of the complex will be very pleased with their choice,” said Daniel Kłosowski, Senior Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
