Nrep Expands Polish Co-Living Portfolio with Acquisition in Gdańsk

Nrep has acquired another co-living property in Poland, strengthening its presence in the country with the addition of Noli Gdańsk Old Town. The property is located at 59 Łąkowa Street within the historic Czerwone Koszary complex in Gdańsk, which has undergone extensive redevelopment and modernisation with a strong focus on ecological solutions.

Avison Young’s Technical Advisory team provided comprehensive support throughout the project. Their responsibilities included technical advisory, project monitoring, construction supervision, project management, quality control, and the final handover process from developer Moderna Holding to Nrep.

The transaction was advised by CMS Poland (Anna Wiśniewska, Aleksandra Rudnicka, Michał Gruza, and Paweł Śliwka) and Koda. Taxes | Accounting | Payroll.

The project was led by Kamil Głowienka with support from Monika Bereza, Kamil Olechniewicz, and Tomasz Daniecki, MBA.
